“Oh just shut up already.”
Scar was getting a little frustrated as he looked for her. “Zira?!?” He called out, tail lashing back and forth. He actually had good news to deliver, but with all the running around he was having to do just to locate her he was becoming quite impatient. Where could she be? It wasn’t like they had a large kingdom! He called out again, visibly irritated, his nose slightly wrinkled.
Zira turned and smirked as she heard Scar calling. The lioness wandered over, sitting back on her haunches and yawning widely, “You called?”
“Now, I spot some flaws in this plan. You have just told me everything you plan on doing, and of course, why would I do what a Grey Face tells me anyway? Please go grow a brain before attempting to talk to me again.
“What are with all these ridiculous Grey Faces?”

“Wonderful.”“It’ll be fun, mother.” Vitani said. “For me, obviously. Not so much for you.”
“Have you always been this unpleasant Vitani? Or are those Pridelanders rubbing off on you?”

“Wonderful.”
“And what is it to you if I have a fan? Hmm?”
“Mother.” Vitani rolled her eyes. “You are too theatrical. A fan is not good for you.” Or me, she thought.
Zira sniffed softly, baring her teeth, “You stink of the Pridelands.”
“Calm down, mother.” Vitani said. “It’s because someone turned me in a filthy human and I had to stay in the Pridelands while I was one of those things.” She explained, disgusted.
The lioness prowled around her daughter, her expression one of utter distaste, “Charming…”
“Oh, shut up.” Vitani said, annoyed. She glanced at her mother. “Anything new?” Vitani was trying to know if her mother knew about Kopa. She didn’t remember if he had told her either they had met again or not.
Zira growled in warning, but otherwise let it slide. She stopped pacing and sat down, looking at Vitani, her eyes narrowed, “I heard that Kopa is back. But nothing more.”
